CM(M) 696/2019 This petition challenges the order dated 27.03.2019 where once again instead of hearing the matter the next date was given. It is submitted on 28.05.2018 this Court directed the learned Trial Court to expedite the matter and dispose it of as early as possible, but despite that the matter is lingering on. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is satisfied in case time is fixed to dispose of the matter.

In the circumstances the petition bearing no. RCT ARCT2/2017 be disposed of within two months from today. The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
