We have been continuously adjourning this matter right from September 2024 awaiting the writ petitioner to take appropriate steps for validation of his bank account details so as to facilitate the disbursal of refund.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that despite repeated communications having been addressed, the petitioner has failed to render any cooperation.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition by according liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority of the respondent and undertake the requisite exercise of validation of its bank account details.
