Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12.11.2024, the possession of the premises in question has been handed over by Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta to Mr. Amit Jain s/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain and Smt. Kusum Lata Jain.

During the course of the hearing, Mr. Amit Jain also signed the document of handing/taking over the possession of the premises in question. A copy of the said document is directed to be placed in the digital record of the Court. The original copy thereof is handed over to Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta, who is present in person and a photocopy thereof is also handed over to Mr.Amit Jain.

Needless to state that if there is any other criminal case pending at the instance of Mr. Amit Jain, the same be immediately withdrawn. 4.
