The petition has been pending since May, 2020 and has not been heard till now.

On the first date of hearing, the petitioner had sought permission to redact the reference to the complainant's name. 4.

Thereafter, multiple opportunities were granted to the petitioner to file redacted version of the petition. 5.

On 29.02.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned.

Thereafter, on 09.04.2024, the counsel who had appeared on behalf of the petitioner had sought time to place additional documents on record. The same request was made on 22.08.2024.

The petitioner is clearly not interested in pursuing the present matter.
