O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- (a) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondent No.1 to expeditiously list, hear and pass a formal order in I.A. (Diary) No. 207 of 2023 in Petition No. 92/MP/2024 at the earliest; (b) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondent No.2 to maintain status quo on the connectivity granted under application nos. 2200000363, 2200000364, 2200000365 & 2200000366 until the CERC hears and passes orders in I.A. (Diary) No. 207 of 2023 in Petition No. 92/MP/2024; and 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2, who appears on advance notice, does not oppose the aforesaid prayer (a).

Considering the submissions of respective counsel and the averments made in the writ petition, the respondent no.1/CERC is directed to expeditiously list and pass a formal order in I.A. (Diary) No. 207 of 2023 in Petition No. 92/MP/2024.

As regards prayer (b), learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that vide communications dated 22.04.2024, the respondent no.2 has conveyed that intimation for in-principle grant of connectivity issued to M/s Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd. "is revoked, applications for grant connectivity is closed and application fees is forfeited with immediate effect". In view of this development, prayer (b), as framed, does not survive for consideration. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be taking appropriate steps to assail the aforesaid communications dated 22.04.2024 issued by the respondent no.2. The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in this regard, in accordance with law. 6.

No further directions are required to be issued in the present writ petition and the same, alongwith pending application/s, is accordingly disposed of.
