On 15 May 2024, the present writ petition was disposed of by this Court in the following terms:

"1.

The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 06.12.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No.1173/2017. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has dismissed the original application filed by the petitioner after noting that though the petitioner had rendered service for about eight years with the respondent as Data Entry Operator, his appointment was purely on contractual basis. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, submits that as a policy decision, the respondent is now engaging Data Entry Operators only through outsourcing agencies and therefore, the petitioner cannot be directly engaged by the respondent even on contract basis.

He, however, submits that taking into account that the petitioner has already rendered service for about eight years with the respondent, if the petitioner applies for being engaged through the outsourcing agency on the basis of the said experience, the respondent will issue appropriate instructions to the agency to consider the petitioner's case sympathetically and engage him when making fresh appointment as if he is otherwise found fit for engagement.

In the light of the aforesaid fair stand taken by the respondent, the petition is disposed of by taking the statement made on behalf of the respondent on record."

This application has been filed by the petitioner in the writ petition seeking disclosure of the name of the external agency, whose services are requisitioned by the respondent for conducting selections to the post of Data Entry Operator so that he could apply to the said agency and the order dated 15 May 2024 could be effectuated. 3.

Ms. Sakshi Popli, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent discloses the name and address of the agency which are as under: "M/s. Sharp Global Group, J-4/124A, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi."

She undertakes to email the email id of the agency to Mr. Karan Luthra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, during the course of the day.

With that, the prayer in this application stands effectually satisfied. Needless to say, once the applicant / petitioner applies to the said agency, the respondent would also act as per the statement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
