Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, confines his prayer only to waive off the cost imposed by the learned Single Judge. It has been stated by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant/ society is in fact, a Non-Government Organization and has been engaged in espousing the cause of poor farmers. He has also stated that there is no continuous flow of funds to the society and, accordingly, the cost imposed by the learned Single Judge while passing the impugned judgment and order may be waived off.

and order. We make it clear that we have not interfered with the rest of the part of the judgment and order under appeal.

We, however, put a word of caution to the appellant/ society, its office bearers and anyone else associated with the society not to repeatedly take legal action in respect of the same cause of action, breach of which may be viewed seriously.
