By way of present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek clarification of the order dated 21.03.2024 vide which the FIR bearing No.119/2016 registered under Sections 452/323/509/34 IPC at Police Station Krishna Nagar, Delhi was quashed on account of settlement having been arrived at between the parties.

It is stated that during the pendency of the FIR, Section 325 IPC was also subsequently added. The order is modified to the aforesaid extent. 3.
