Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the amount of Rs.2,60,000/- alongwith interest accrued thereon had been deposited by the petitioner i.e. the appellant for LPA 147/2012 and has been released to the respondent no. 1 by the Registry.

In view thereof there is nothing that survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
