% 06.08.2020 HEARD THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING The present appeal has been filed by the appellant/father against an interim order dated 23.05.2020, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East, Saket, whereunder, an application moved by the appellant/father for permission to meet the seven year old son of the parties, in the care and custody of the respondent/mother through video conferencing and for other reliefs was disposed of with a direction issued to the respondent/mother to ensure that the appellant/father will be permitted to interact with the child through video conferencing on every second Saturday of the month, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant/father seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of her client to approach the learned Family Court for permission to spend more time with his son through video conferencing than what was granted on 23.05.2020, in view of the changed circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
