1. These are applications under Section 151 CPC filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to permit them to join the ongoing training for appointment to the post of Constable(Driver) for which post they were selected but have not been appointed as their cases are required to be considered by the Standing Screening Committee.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the four writ petitions were disposed of on 23.04.2024, 07.05.2024, 07.05.2024 & 14.05.2024 respectively, with directions to the respondents to ensure that the cases of the petitioners are put up before the Standing Screening Committee within eight weeks however, till date no action has been taken by the respondents causing irreparable loss to the petitioners.

Even though we find no reason to entertain the prayer for the relief sought in the applications when the writ petitions itself stand disposed of, since learned counsel for the respondents appear on advance notice, we have put it to them as to why this Court's orders have not been implemented till date. They submit that the Standing Screening Committee has been recently constituted and therefore, the petitioners' cases will, in accordance with the directions issued by this Court, be put up shortly before the said Committee.

4. The said statement is taken on record and it is made clear that in case, the respondents do not comply with the orders dated 23.04.2024, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

07.05.2024, 07.05.2024 & 14.05.2024 disposing of the writ petitions within four weeks, it will be open for the petitioners to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
