% 06.08.2020 The limited grievance that learned counsel for the petitioner presses before us is that the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner on 25.02.2020 has still not been decided, and the petitioner seeks a direction for hearing and disposal of his statutory appeal. The petitioner sent a reminder on 04.06.2020, even then the appeal has not been decided. Issue notice. Mr. Mishra appears for the respondents and accepts notice. The complete paper book be communicated to Mr. Mishra through e-mail today itself by the Court Master.

We have heard submissions of learned counsels. We dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondents to proceed to dispose of the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner within four weeks from today.

The decision in the petitioner's statutory appeal should be communicated to the petitioner soon thereafter.
