% 31.01.2020 CM No.3957/2020 This is an application seeking recall of the order dated 19.12.2019 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of proper instruction, she could not apprise this Court that the petition is covered by the judgement dated 04.11.2019 passed by this Court in a batch of petitions including WP(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut Pathak & Ors. v. Union of India & Anr.

In view of the same, the application is allowed and the order dated 19.12.2019 is recalled.

WP(C) 4843/2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied if this petition is disposed of in terms of the abovementioned judgment. It is ordered accordingly.
