The petition is for the following reliefs:

"i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to act in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and to furnish complete and correct information as sought by the Petitioner in his RTI application dated 26.11.2025, in terms of the order dated 24.01.2026 passed by the First Appellate Authority;

It appears that the petitioner's Second Appeal, annexed with this petition as Annexure P-11, seems to be pending before the Central Information Commission.
