Vide Order dated 17.04.2025, this Court had restrained the respondent from encashing the bank guarantees, being B.G. No.014GT02231150004 dated 25.04.2023 issued by HDFC Bank of Rs.4,10,00,000/- and B.G. No. 014GT02231150005 dated 25.04.2023 issued by HDFC Bank Rs.4,10,00,000/-, till the next date of hearing. 2.

However, the said bank guarantees have already been encashed. 3.

The petition has, therefore, become infructuous and is disposed of leaving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner open to be adjudicated by the Arbitrator.
