Learned counsel for the parties submit that the possession of the subject premises involved in the present petition has since been handed over by the petitioner to the respondent way back on 14.02.2025. 2.

As such, in view of the settled position of law in N.C. Daga v. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003 (1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma v. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008 order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition having become infructuous, there is nothing surviving therein.
