The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action against the unauthorised construction of multi-storey construction being carried out by respondent no.2 at property bearing Farm No.13, Gaushala Road, Satbari, New Delhi - 110074 ('subject property'). Photographs have been filed to show the construction activity which is going on in the subject property. 2.

It is stated that the subject property is adjoining the property of the petitioner, i.e. Farm no.11, having Khasra Nos. 308(1-14), 310/1(3 8), 310/2(1-8), 311(4-16), 312/1(2-16), 312/2(2-0), 313/1(2-8) and 313/2(1-16) Gaushala Road, Satbari, New Delhi - 110074.

submits that there are three structures being constructed in the subject farm. Out of the said three structures, a demolition order has already been passed against one of the structures. The remaining two structures have also been booked on 12th May, 2026 and work stop notice has been issued. 4.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The respondent no.1/MCD and respondent no.3/Police shall ensure that no unauthorised construction is permitted to be carried out. 6.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies as per law in the event the petitioner has further grievance. 7.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier are kept open.
