% 24.01.2018 C.M. 3115/2018 (u/S 151 CPC) By way of this application, respondent No.1-claimant seeks release of balance awarded amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court.

Vide interim order of 7th February, 2014, appellant-Insurance company was directed to deposit the awarded amount and out of it, 50% was released to respondent No.1, while the remaining 50% was directed to be deposited in fixed deposit receipt. The appeal was dismissed as withdrawn on 8th December, 2017.

Upon notice, counsel for appellant-Insurance company seeks four weeks' time to file reply to this application. Allowed to do so.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List on 6th April, 2018.
