Writ Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0176/2023 under Sections 420/120B IPC, registered at PS: Janakpuri. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheet already stands filed. There are five other accused persons, who are involved in the offence. 3.

The ground, on which the quashing has been sought, is essentially on the merits, which can be better agitated at the time of arguments on Charge. 4.

Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise her contentions before the learned Trial Court.
