The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/ MCD to take action against the unauthorised construction at property bearing no.2384, Gali Ravidas, Bazar Sitaram, Delhi-110006 (hereinafter 'subject property').

It is the case of the petitioner that there was a collaboration agreement entered into between the petitioner and the private respondents no. 4 to 7 W.P.(C) 6566/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. /owners of the property which has been cancelled and now the private respondents no. 4 to 8 are themselves carrying out unauthorised construction at the subject property.

Counsel appearing on behalf of private respondents no.4 to 8 submits that the petitioner does not have locus standi to file the present petition as the petitioner resides far away from the subject property. If he has any grievance with regard to termination of collaboration agreement, he would have to invoke remedies available in law.

Be that as it may, counsel appearing for respondent no.1/ MCD, on advance notice, submits that the subject property had already been booked and a show cause notice was issued on 21st April, 2026 followed by a work stop notice dated 22nd April, 2026. Finally, a demolition order has also been passed on 11th May, 2026 in respect of unauthorised construction from ground floor to the fourth floor of the subject property. 5.

Counsel for the respondent no.1/ MCD has handed over the aforesaid documents in Court. The same are taken on record. 6.

In view of the aforesaid action taken by respondent no.1/ MCD, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of. 7.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the private respondents no. 4 to 8 are kept open.
