By way of present writ petition filed under Articles 226/21 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following prayers :- "a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 to provide adequate security to the petitioners and to ensure their safety and well-being by protecting their life and liberty which is in peril due to the above-mentioned acts of respondents no. 4,5,6 and 7."

Petitioners have filed the present petition alleging that petitioners are having property disputes with respondent No. 4, who is brother of petitioner No.2. It is submitted that petitioners are apprehending threat at the behest of respondent Nos. 4 to 7. It is further submitted that petitioners have already approached the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Issue notice.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and, on instructions, states that mobile number of Beat Officer has already been provided to the petitioners. He further submits that in addition number of concerned SHO shall also be provided.

Considering that the petitioners have already approached the concerned Magistrate, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
