The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order passed by the Appellate Tribunal MCD ('ATMCD') on 20th February, 2026.

It has been pointed out to counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that there is a statutory remedy of appeal provided under Section 347-D of the Delhi Municipal Corporation ('DMC') Act, 1957 before the District Judge.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, while granting liberty to the petitioner to invoke the aforesaid statutory remedy of appeal.
