After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks to withdraw the present appeal. He, however, requests that no precipitate action be taken for evicting the appellants and their family for a period of four weeks from today to enable them to make alternate arrangements.

The appeal and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Although, the appellants have withdrawn the present appeal, we consider it apposite to exceed to the appellants' request to enable them some time to make alternate arrangements.
