% 15.01.2025 The petitioner was granted an interim protective order in case FIR No.227/2024 dated 03.04.2024 registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Palam Village, Delhi vide order dated 25.04.2024.

In the meantime, investigation in the matter has been concluded. 3.

The Investigating Officer (I.O.) is present in court. 4.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned APP on instructions of I.O., submits that no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required and chargesheet in the matter has already been filed. 5.

Furthermore, learned APP submits that charges have been framed and the matter is posted before the learned trial court for prosecution evidence on 05.02.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant/prosecutrix submits that petitioner's custody is necessary since he had engaged in physical relations with her on false promise of marriage. 7.

There is no substance in the submission made on behalf of the prosecutrix, insofar as the matter of grant of anticipatory bail is concerned.

In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed-of, directing that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail by the I.O./Arresting Officer subject to the following conditions: 8.1. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-five Thousand Only) with 02 sureties in the like amount from family members to the satisfaction of the I.O./Arresting Officer;

8.2. The petitioner shall furnish to the I.O. a cellphone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times;

8.3. If the petitioner has a passport, he shall surrender the same to the I.O. and shall not travel out of the country without prior permission of the learned trial court; and 8.4. The petitioner shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial.
