The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 seeks quashing of FIR No. 12/2023 under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18602, registered at PS Crime (Women) Cell Nanak Pura. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the chargesheet has been filed, he would like to withdraw the present petition and reserve all his rights to be urged before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforenoted. 4.

The Court has not examined on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
