O R D E R
% 07.08.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's application for regularisation of his building being property no. 4/3, Racquet Court Road, Civil Lines, Delhi, is pending with the respondent-North DMC.
2. Let a decision be taken by the respondent-North DMC, thereon, in two weeks after hearing the petitioner and be communicated to the petitioner. From the date of communication of the decision, the petitioner shall be given 2 weeks' time to rectify the building, if it so required, failing which the North Delhi Municipal Corporation will be free to take action, as per law. The parties will be free to pursue their remedies, as may be available in law, thereafter.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner undertakes to withdraw his
appeals filed before the learned ATMCD, however, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
4. The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
