Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 14th September, 2023 and the same is on record. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submitted that as per para 1 and 2 of the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 14th September, 2023, a sum of Rs. 45,000 (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) has been paid to the respondent, hence, nothing has left for further adjudication in the instant petition and the matter may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 14th September, 2023.
