The instant petition challenges order dated 10th March, 2021 passed by ASJ-04, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case C.A. No. 450/2019, titled as "Safwat Amin v. Ms. Shaihsta and Another" as well as the order dated 13th August, 2019 passed by the MM, Central Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in CC No. 11054/2017. The aforesaid impugned orders were passed in proceedings emanating from a complaint filed by Respondent No. 1 on behalf of herself and Respondent No. 2 - her minor son, under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that subsequent to filing of the present revision petition, there has been a settlement between the Petitioner and the Respondents and in fact, the complaint filed by the Respondents under the DV Act has itself has been withdrawn. In light of the above, since the underlying DV complaint has been withdrawn, the relief sought in the present petition is now rendered infructuous.
