The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset submits, that 30 out of 34 witnesses have already been examined. He submits that he is hopeful that entire trial would conclude within a period of 5-6 months.

Since, the trial is at the fag end, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage. However, since the FIR was registered way back on 18th February, 2014, the learned Trial Court is directed to expediate the trial and make every effort to complete the same within a period of six months.

The applicant is at liberty to file bail application afresh if the trial is not completed within next six months. 4.
This application is disposed of.
