Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed by the prosecution and the matter is now fixed for arguments on the point of charge before the Trial Court on 27.7.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to move a bail application before the Trial Court on the basis of the filing of the charge-sheet before the Trial Court. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he shall move the bail application before the Trial Court on 4.6.2019. Let the application be moved tomorrow, i.e. on 4.6.2019, and the same be disposed of by the Trial Court as expeditiously as possible as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in view

of the aforesaid submissions, he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
