was asked to expedite the examination of witnesses. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that after the Order dated 05.08.2022 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN.1099/2022, about two years have passed and only five witnesses have been examined where only one witness has been examined in the past one year. 3.

Looking at the facts of this case, it is desirable, both in the interest of the prosecution and in the interest of the accused, that the witnesses are examined as expeditiously as possible to avoid witnesses turning hostile. The Trial Court is therefore requested to expedite the examination of the injured witnesses within a period of nine months from today. 4.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
