The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "i. Pass necessary orders towards expeditious final adjudication of the Guardianship Petition No. 19 of 2025, titled as Sonu Goyala v. Meenu along with the interim application on visitation rights, pending before the Ld. Family Court, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi-110008 And/or;

ii. Such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be also passed in favour of the petitioner to meet the ends of justice."
