By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 475/2021, dated 30.05.2021, registered at Police Station Mundka, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 376D/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After some arguments, Mr. Prashant Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the Trial Court. However, he seeks a direction for expeditious conduct of the trial proceedings.
