1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that taking into account that the primary grievances sought to be now raised by the appellant were not even raised in the writ petition, he may be granted leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh petition assailing Section 52(b) of the Advocates Act and/or Order IV Rule 1, Supreme Court Rules, 2013.
