% 20.11.2017 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the petition, as according to him, acquisition proceedings with respect to the land of the petitioners comprised in Khasra nos.28/1(3-6), 313(4-16) and 317(5-0), being Khata Khatoni no.59/32, admeasuring 13 bighas 2 biswas, out of which the petitioners are co-owners of 1 bigha and 9 biswas, situated in the revenue estate of village Sayoorpur, New Delhi already stands lapsed vide judgment dated 30.08.2016.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

CM.APPL 984/2015 also stands dismissed.
