The Contempt Petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the Judgment dated 25.07.2023 on account of non-payment of dues.

Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the Official Liquidator submits that the dues have been cleared.
