Counsel for plaintiff states that pursuant to order of this Court dated 29th May, 2023, when an ex-parte ad interim injunction had been granted in its favour, defendants blocked access to and took down the rogue websites which were streaming the plaintiff's copyrighted content. It is further stated that all parties concerned have complied with the said directions and nothing further survives in this matter. Counsel for plaintiff, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present suit.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous. 4.
