% 10.08.2020 The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing. Present writ petition has been filed challenging the rejection order dated 23rd March, 2020 as well as for direction to the respondent to accept the petitioner's declaration filed in SVLDRS-1 dated 21st November, 2019 and to issue a discharge certificate in Form SVLDRS-4. Petitioner has also prayed that the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019,
in particular Section 126 of SVLDRS, 2019 and Rule 6 of SVLDRSR, 2019 are violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to amend the writ petition and delete the challenge to the legality and validity of SVLDRS, 2019.
Since the present writ petition is at the initial stage and the procedure for amendment is time consuming, present writ petition as well as pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order be also forwarded to the learned counsel through e-mail. MANMOHAN, J SANJEEV NARULA, J AUGUST 10, 2020 KA
