Order dated 13.02.2026 passed by the learned Joint Registrar indicates that that the Plaintiffs have neither paid the costs imposed on them vide Orders dated 13.10.2025 and 14.07.2025, nor have they filed the Joint Schedule of Documents. The said Order also indicates that on account of the failure to file its replication and the affidavit of Admission/Denial of the documents filed by the Defendants, the Plaintiffs' right to file the same was closed vide Order dated 11.03.2025. After opining that the Plaintiffs are not pursuing the matter diligently, the learned Joint Registrar posted the matter for today before this Court for further directions. 2.

Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiffs. 3.

In view of the above, the Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
