We find that there is no appearance for the appellants. 2.

Mr. Keshav Sehgal, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 would submit that the suit, from which the present appeal arises, has been disposed of on the basis of Settlement Deed-cum-Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.04.2025 entered between the parties. 3.

As no one appears for the appellants, we dismiss the appeal in default and for non-prosecution.
