It has been informed by learned counsel for petitioners that since possession has already been taken over by the concerned decree-holder, petitioners herein are no longer interested in pursuing with their present objection petition and seek to withdraw the same. 2.
It is also informed that earlier the present petition was being pursued by Mr. B.L. Gupta, Advocate and now, new advocates i.e. Ms. Anjali Chauhan and Mr. Rishabh Mishra, who represent the petitioners, have specific instructions in this regard and do not wish to press these petitions. 3.
They also undertake to file vakalatnama filed within two days. 4.
Let vakalatnama be filed, accordingly.

However, in view of the aforesaid statement made at the Bar, all three petitions are disposed of as not pressed.
