On the last date of hearing, the proceedings were adjourned to await the order of Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proceedings are still pending before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to expeditiously conclude the proceedings pending before it, in accordance with law, preferably within two months.

In the event, the parties are aggrieved by the order passed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, they shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
