O R D E R

% 06.02.2020 The petitioner's liability is only for Rs. 18,400/- to each of the two workmen. The said amounts have already been deposited before the learned Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the two respondents-workmen states, upon instructions, that in the respondents-workmen's claim petitions, which are pending before the learned Tribunal, they are willing to settle their claims against the petitioner for Rs. 40,000/- each. The learned counsel for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that the said offer is acceptable.

In view of the above, let Rs. 18,400/- each, alongwith interest accrued thereon, which are lying deposited before the learned Tribunal, be released to the two respondents-workmen, Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Dikshit and Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari. Additionally, Rs. 40,000/- shall be paid to them in settlement of the two cases being I.D. No. 2054/2017 and I.D. No. 2055/2017, which are pending before the learned Tribunal. The said monies shall be released directly into the respective bank accounts of the two respondents-workmen, details of which are as under: Name Account No.
