The order dated 14.11.2024, passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), reads as under:- "As per file noting, Court Notice to plaintiff no.1 at the office address has been served. However, Court Notice at the other address remained unserved and plaintiff no. 2 and 3 have remained unserved. None has appeared on behalf of plaintiff despite service at the office address. Plaintiffs have not been appearing since many dates and it seems that plaintiffs are not interested in pursuing the case. At request, matter be placed before Hon'ble Court for further directions on 15.01.2025."

Since no one has appeared for the plaintiffs to prosecute the civil suit, therefore, the same is dismissed under Order IX Rule VIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 along with the pending applications.
