The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07th December, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15747/2023. 4.

By way of the aforesaid order, directions have been issued to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to take action against the illegal/unauthorized construction existing in property bearing No. 677, Chandni Mahal, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since no action has been taken by the MCD, the present petition has been filed. 6.

Per contra, learned counsel for respondent no.1-MCD submits that part demolition action in the property was taken on 12th February 2024. He has shown photographs of the demolition action taken by the MCD, to submit that the entire property from ground to second floor has been made inhabitable. He further submits that sealing and demolition action is fixed for today and the said action is currently going on. 7.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
