Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.115/2011 dated 08.04.2011, under Sections 376/511/506/451/354/323/34 IPC, P.S.Sarai Rohilla. 2.
It is submitted that the parties are having a relationship of landlord-tenant and there have been many disputes inter-se, the parties, however, they have now amicably settled all their disputes. In terms of the Settlement it is submitted that the State had moved an Application under Section 321 seeking permission to withdraw the prosecution but the same had been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, however, now the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement vide Settlement dated 17.04.2025 whereby the parties have agreed to withdraw their respective litigations. The parties are present in person who endorse the terms of settlement and state that they have arrived at it voluntarily without any pressure or coercion. They undertake to remain bound by the terms of Settlement.

Considering the relationship between the parties and that they have put a quietus to all pending disputes, inter se them, the FIR No.115/2011 dated 08.04.2011, under Sections 376/511/506/451/354/323/34 IPC, P.S.Sarai Rohilla and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
