% 26.02.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that the respondent nos.1 to 3 be directed to demolish the illegal and unlawful existing structure of the unauthorized construction in the property bearing no.222, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. It is further submitted that property be sealed. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that action has already been taken on the subject property. Demolition as well as sealing orders have already been passed. It is further submitted that property has already been sealed. It is also submitted that respondent no.4 has challenged the orders passed by respondent before the Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Learned counsel for

petitioner submits that no stay has been granted. In case, there is any stay respondent nos.1 to 3 shall proceed to implement the demolition order, in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of. Compliance report be filed within four weeks.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
