This is a petition preferred under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein the petitioner seeks extension of the interim bail of five days granted to him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) vide an order dated 15.07.2020 in case FIR No. 07/2020, u/s 302/34 IPC & 27/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at P.S. Shahbad Dairy, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Full Bench of this Court has vide its order dated 24.07.2020 in Court on its own Motion vs. State & Ors., W.P.(C) No.3037/2020 clarified that in all cases where interim bail has been granted after 16.03.2020, the

same will stand extended till 31.08.2020, he does not press the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Full Bench, the petition is disposed of as not pressed with the clarification that the petitioner's interim bail will stand extended till 31.08.2020. 4.

The petitioner will however remain bound by the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 15.07.2020 passed by the learned ASJ.
