The applications are disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 3145/2024 and CRL.M.A. 12178/2024 (stay), CRL.M.C. 3193/2024 and CRL.M.A. 12325/2024 (stay) and CRL.M.C. 3213/2024 and CRL.M.A. 12380/2024 (stay) 1.

By way of present petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners impugn the order dated 09.04.2024 vide which the NBWs have been issued against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an application for exemption from personal appearance was filed, however, the same was dismissed on the ground that the petitioners had previously not appeared before the trial court. He further submits that the petitioners have also preferred the petitions being CRL.M.C. 5687/2023, CRL.M.C. 5806/2023 and CRL.M.C. 3193/2024 in which notices have been issued and are now listed on 09.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners undertake to appear before the trial court on the next date of hearing which is 02.05.2024.
