The present applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner for an early hearing in the matter, and for disposal of the present writ petition. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner has received the reply affidavit dated 21st August, 2025, filed on behalf of the Delhi Jal Board. Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner/RWA is agreeable to the proposal of the Delhi Jal Board. It is submitted that the present petition may be disposed of as per the proposal put forward by the respondents, by directing the respondents-Delhi Jal Board to replace the old drinking water pipe line with a new water pipe line, in a time bound manner. 4.

Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition any further.

Responding to the present applications, learned counsel appearing for the Delhi Jal Board submits that in terms of the proposal of the Delhi Jal Board, a file has already been moved for budget allocation and that requisite action shall be taken in accordance therewith. 6.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the Delhi Jal Board shall take expeditious steps with regard to replacing the old existing water pipeline in the area in question, for improving the water supply to Swastik Apartment, i.e., the petitioner herein, preferably within a period of six months, from today.

Further, the Delhi Jal Board, in the meanwhile, shall supply water tankers to the petitioner-RWA, as and when such a demand is raised. 8.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
